A: A pro would be the confidence boost. Younger girls would look up to you and you’d never have to worry, “Ooooh, does this look okay?”But the cons are 1. You are buying into commercialism, I’m all for fashion as an art but sometimes in my opinion it goes too far. The more this country buys into what the companies are selling they more power they have, and unfortunately we are actually already considered a capitalist country in lots of governments around the world.2. Yes, you could lose your originality, but there are so many trends to follow up on. You still have to decide which magazine or brand your into, what is your look? Are you into Donatella Versace? Or Ralph Lauren? Both are very high end fashion but completely different. As long as you don’t follow one too closely then you should be fine. And never let your clothes define you, you define your clothes.
