Q: I just got $65 dollars for babysitting, and I wanted to spend a portion of that on some new cosmetics. I have brown hair, fair skin but I’m not that pale, greenish blue eyes and full lips. (I don’t want black eyeliner or lipstick, just so you know) Can anyone give me some inexpensive brand names for preteens? Also, I would like to be able to find these products at Walmart, or Target. A: hmmm…i agree since you’re younger, you probably want to understate your makeup…A LOT. so stick w/ matte and neutral colors (like brown, beige, gold, etc) which will enhance your features rather than cover them up. if you want to try eyeliner, don’t use black or grey. instead, use brown which looks natural. some inexpensive brands that i would use are maybelline and covergirl. however, some products tend to be a bit heavy. a really good mascara is neutrogena weightless volume which was my first mascara! it’s really light so you can hardly tell that it’s there, and it hardly clumps at all! as for shadow, a good product is maybelline. they have shadows that have three different shades of one color. good luck!oh, and this site has how-to videos that show how to apply makeup. just click on “how-to videos” after you get to the site.http://www.maybelline.com/makeupstudio/us/index.aspx

A: im mainly online shopper, i buy alot from america as they are a step ahead of us when it comes to cosmetics and to be fair their cheeper!there are alot of new companies that have just started out,recently i have found coastal scents and got brushes that have been compared to mac by reviewsandeveryday minerals- sell really cheap foundation blush eyeshadowsand its amazingi really go to shops in the uk for 4 reasons:its on saleto test iti cant wait for postand to get perfect match eg mac studio fix fluidon what ever i get i always check out other peoples reviews online, youtube ect i wont but something i dont know about

All the items will be made from natural base products and will not include preservatives, artificial colourants or fragrances. I know that all cosmetics manufactured in the EU have to comply with the safety regulations revised in 2004 but how do I go about getting certified for my products?
