- A: well im not sure what kind of eye liner your using but before i used to use pencil liner and that would come off really easily so i switche dto liquid which stayed on a lot longer. And try keeping the eye liner away from that little part of skin right by the eye cuz that part gets a little wet sometimes from your natural tears which makes it come off a bitmaking it darker would help i guess but you dont want to overdo it and look like a whore...lol :P
