A: I think it is the store’s fault. They may only pierce and under aged person with the CONSENT OF A PARENT OR *LEGAL* GUARDIAN. Since the babysitter was not a legal guardian, it is pretty much illegal on my opinion. Also are you sure the babysitter didn’t pierce the ears herself? If she did it the store isn’t at fault, and your babysitter is. If anything happens to the ears or your baby, i am pretty sure you are entitled to sue. If you don’t want the earrings, just take them out.

A: I have 3 daughters. I always take them when they are 5 months. I went many times before I actually went through with it also ha ha. 2 of my daughters cried but 1 didn’t. After they got them done they were not so cranky and did not bother them. I would do it before she gets to old and will pull on them and put dirty stuff in or around her ears. Trust me the nerves are way worse before you get it done! Afterwards you will see that she is fine! It feels like yesterday when my kids were that young now they are 13, 11 and 9.
