You shouldn’t use anything that is not made for dogs or was approved by your vet in your dogs mouth. The baking soda may cause your dog to get an upset stomach. Ask your vet first.

A: If your serious about your mouth than you need a few things. Get a sonic toothbrush, I have one and its saved my teeth and gums. Get small brushes that go in between each of your teeth, floss is OK but not as good. After you clean and brush, mix the peroxide with water, 50/50. Hold it in your mouth as long as possible then gargle and spit. You can mix the baking soda in your actual paste, but some already have both of these in them. Normal mouthwash is bad for you, use a weak one if u have to use the stuff, chew sugarless gum and never drink pop or chew on ice. Go to a dentist that has a cleaner called a cavitron, if they dont have one they are not a good dentist.
