I highly recommend the OBAGI chemical peels. You can only get the Obagi peels at the dermatologist's office. The peels performed by the dermatologist will leave some redness and flaking - but it's not a big deal - it feels like a sunburn. The more peels you get and the stronger they are - the less likely you'll get a recurrence of acne. Afterwards you follow a maintenance routine at home and it's all good. I also recommend the Glycolic peels from A-CUTE DERM. You can order those online, no prescription necessary. Choose the lowest grade of peeling action to start and always use a sunscreen when going outside (peels make you more prone to sunburn).Someone here suggested going to an acupuncturist - I would recommend this also. SQUEEZE THE ******* SH!T OUT OF THEM hm yr body's 70 % waterstop polluting it.dont add chlorine or sugar or anything else thats white!except broccoli.

Check out your local Chinese medicine practitioner. Acne tends to be (althoug not always) what acupuncturists call Toxic Blood Heat. Something like a paste made from Er Cha (a chinese herbal remedy) may help.
