What are natural/homeopathic ways to conquer ADD/ADHD in children without having to medicate with scripts?
Q:I've heard grape seed extract is great for reducing inflammation in the brain. Are there other things like this? and/or certain foods to incorporate/avoid in diet?

Sorry for interfering with; the only thing I've got to tell you is there isn't such a disease like ADD/ADHD. It's a Shrinks' invention to put kids under legal drugs, such as Ritalin. However, you may get all adequate infos from CCHR (Citizen Committee for Human Rights ). Go into on Net. Ciao..........John-John.
I'm still amazed that people actually say that there is no such thing as ADD/ADHD. I guess these people still think the world is flat too.But I digress. I know of a product that is full of antioxidants, phytonutrients, flavenoids and 4 natural polysaccharides. What this does is rapidly change the blood from acidic to alkaline by removing free radicals, bacteria, inflammation, acid and fungus. None of these things can grow in an alkaline environment. People have been finding great success with this in both adults and children, and the product comes with medical validation, the only one of it's kind that does.Grapeseed oil is excellent as well, and it also reduces the bad cholesterol in the system.I would say incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as you can, particularly leafy greens, and avoid sugars, salts and pre-packaged foods. If you like I can direct you to a website with testimonials on what others have found to improve this condition.
ADD/ADHD is linked to areas of the brain being under stimulated, not inflamed. Children with ADD respond well to being taken off of processed foods, and taking supplements that many people with ADD or ADHD tend to be lacking. You can find out what is needed by having the child muscle tested. Bach Flower Remedies have been used with great results with ADD/ADHD, and neurofeedback works wonders but it can be difficult to find a practitioner and to get insurance to pay for it. Good luck, there are lots of options out there, I am sure you can find something that works.
