What are the foods with the least amount of calories?
Q: What are they & how many calories are in how much?Thank you 🙂
A: What kind of food are you looking to know about.A cup of celery only has like 17 calories. And you burn close to that many calories just chewing the celery. So its basically like a free food…..But fruits and veggies arent that bad in general..

A: celery or lettuce. celery actually has negative calories. chewing it burns more calories than what’s actually in it. lettuce has no nutritional value.
Stop eating before you’re full or always eat a recommended amount of calories a day?
Q: I’m getting incredibly conflicting advice on this so i just wanted more opinions. I’ve always heard you’re only supposed to eat until just before you feel full, and that’s what my trainer tells me too. But i’ve also always heard that you’re generally supposed to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day at least, and my nutritionist strongly emphasizes this. The problem is, i fill up incredibly quickly. A cup of food and a bottle of water usually has me feeling full for a good 6 hours or more. I’ve always been this way, since i was little. I started trying to lose weight last month and made changes in the types of foods i eat but not the amount of food i eat because i really can’t decrease that any more than it already is. At the end of the day, i go through the notebook where i write down what i eat and the calories add up to 800 usually…950 at the most, 650 at the least. I eat 2 times a day, 3 on a good day, because i was taught to only eat when i’m hungry. I rarely go out to eat, usually once a weekend when family is around so when i’m home alone single meals for me add up to only 250-300 calories: a quarter of a chicken/veggie pizza or a chicken breast and steamed veggies or chicken and rice. Please note that i’m not trying to be this low on my calories, this is just what i eat and the amount that i can take without feeling physically sick from being too full. Along with this…i exercise and do a lot of daily activities so i burn between 2000-3000 calories every day.I don’t feel sick or tired or having any other negative side effects from all of this but i wanted to make sure doing this won’t cause any damage that’s just coming on long term. Should i make an effort to take in more calories or if i leave things the way they are will i be fine?
A: I say stop eating before you’re full because each persons body is different, and what’s enough food for one person might not be enough for another. You get satisfied after eating 200-300 calories a meal, whereas I get satisfied when I eat 600-700 calories a meal, the lowest I can go is 500 calories without feeling hungry in a couple hours. I was trying to eat a 1200 calorie diet and workout everyday but my body didn’t like it and I was getting hunger pangs, headaches, and painful muscle spasms in my legs and back that wake me from my sleep. When I up my calories I feel better and I perform better when I workout. So continue to eat like you are just make sure you take either a multivitamin or a calcium + vitamin D supplement to keep your bones and muscles strong.
