A: hiya, i am 6 weeks pregnant and experiencing sort of the same thing sharp dull pains, my doctor said that it ws normal and it because your organs are shifting round to make room for the growing baby also the ligaments are stretching but if the pain is severe and your wife is really in pain ( my pain is bearable) got to the doctors asap or even the hospital if it is really bad because it can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. good luck! x
