Q: I had a baby 8 months ago and want to try and get down as close as possible to my pre pregnancy weight. I.E. 20 pounds lighter. I have been told its not possible to lose that much weight in 2 to 3 months and if you do, its because you didn’t do it healthy.
A: it is possible but the key secret is attitude. First picture yourself already losing the weight. Be sure to eat fruits/veggies, lean meats, plenty of water and exercise regularly. Congrads on the baby. Hope he/she is as strong willed as their mom. Do your best and remember to visualize. What the mind sees the body will follow.
