And your body will go into starvation mode so you wont lose anything but fluids.If you really want to lose weight very fast, follow a no carbs diet for a week – drinking loads of water, no alcohol, and eating only meats, veg, eggs and a little fruit, and exercise more.Do not stay on this diet for any more than a fortnight though.
