Q: I’m a 14 year old girl, I’m 5’7″ and I have no clue what I weigh…probably around 130-ish. I hate how my body looks. A: You are probably in great shape, but maybe a little to skinny. Especially if you are deciding to excercise more. I would say around 2000 calories a day and eat lots of nuts, because they are protein too. Good Luck!
