Q: Breakfast: some low whey protein drink, half a serving of it-55 calsSnack: eggs that come out of a carton, its 30 cals for a 1/4 cup. and some chopped zuchinniLunch: 1/4 cup of lowfat cottagecheese and 9 babycarrots and some celerySnack: 1 weight watcher cheesestick and 1 small cutie orangeDinner: 4 baby carrots, some celery, little bit of onions, olives, zuchinni, some broccoli, and some green beans. Its all chopped up and cooked, then i melt a little bit of lowfat pepperjack cheese on it. I dont use any oil when im cooking it.Then i will do about 1 hour of running, 30min on the bike, and 45 min doing some crunches and stuff. Is that ok? A: That sounds really tasty, actually! Yes, I think that sounds pretty good. I’m guessing you maybe didn’t have ENOUGH calories, though. You should go to www.caloriecounter.com and see how many you had. BTW, way to go, running and stuff. Man, I wish I could make myself exercise like that!

A: you ate probably 250 calories , i suggest you eat a little more , but great job on eating healthy , keep it up !!!!
