A: You did have a few healthy things in there, but a lot of not so good things. Just forgive yourself and get back on track. An occasional treat is good. But not everyday, multiple times a day. You’re height and weight is fine and being 18 you probably have a decent metabolism to handle it.

Q: Okay, i;m trying to lose weight, right now im not going by those things that carrots have too much sugar so i wont lose weight eating them. i dont care, im going by healthy food…natural sugar is healthy for my body…and if my body eats healthy food mybody will show it, therefore it will lose weight. anyways, im 13, 170 5’8. and im at school so i cantdrink water throughout the day but right now ive drunk about 5 cups of water so far. and this is what ive eaten.2eggs scrambled, with cheese2 bananas3 handfuls of grapesa slice of turkeya little mustardand i got this ‘light’ bread its 40 calories per slice, and its not that healthy thoughm, its whole wheat but it has high fructose corn syyrup in it, so im gonna switch after this bread isgone. anyways i had 2 slices of this breada cheese stickmultigrain whole grain pasta with broccoli,chicken,cheese,red and green peppers, and a little olive oil with chicken broth.and today at PE we played soccer, i was a little activeand i just came inside from being outside playing volleyball. right now my main goal is just eating healthie.r. oh wait, i also had chocolate milk. i know bad….=[. and like 3 sips of a soda, i havent had a soda in months!!!! i needed it! okay i didnt need it, i just wanted it.=] but the chocoloate milk was like a cup and a half.
A: drink a glass of apple juice in the morning right when you wake up. drink it FAST. this will curb most of the surge of hungerin the morning and also kick starts your metabolism. eat a bowl of cereal with very little milk. go to schol and dont eat anything till lunch. all you can comsume is water. at lunch stick to something like a sandwhich. doesnt matter what kind. remember to ONLY drink water during the day. at dinner to evaluate your portions, take your hands and put them together to form a “O”. your thumbs shud be together as with all your other fingers. thats how much food you shud eat at dinner. stick to that schedule and you WILL lose weight. after the first weak it will start coming off fast. after abou 15 pounds of body fat lost it will gradually slow down. hope this helps. i am 16 and when i was your age i was overweight by about 30 pounds. i did this plan and lost 25 pounds the first month. take it easy. and good luck. TRUST ME. it works. follow the plan like i said and you WILL see results. it worked for me/

A: You seem to have only eaten around 705 calories today, which is simply not enough! You need to be eating food that is more filling, and you need some protein.
