Q: I’m 16 years old, 5 foot 2 and somewhere between 135-140 pounds. I’m chubby, but not fat. I have a curvy body, semi flat stomach tiny waist, but I’m starting to get love handles and I have big thighs and a big butt. I want to lose 5-10 pounds in the next 2 weeks. I’ve gained 5 pounds in the past week because I pigged out on junk food, so I just want to lose it. I’m signing up for the gym in about 3 weeks (thats when I get enough money for it) and I’m gonna be going maybe 2 or 3 times a week, maybe even 4, for about an hour. Work out on the machines and do some weights. I’m definately not fat, but I don’t want to become fat as I get older. I’m a size medium in shirts and a 7 or 9 in jeans! I’m really pear shaped, and my thighs and just plain fat but my calves are hugeeeeeee, but all muscle, and I don’t even know how! I walk to and from school every week day which is like a 30 minute walk. It’s like 15 blocks or so. I actually walk a LOT, I walk everywhere.Anyways, this is what I ate today :For breakfast I just had a coffee. About 80 calories only because I put powdered cream and sugar.Lunch, 5 chicken nuggets which is 160, and 3/4 of a baked potato with butter, 150 calories. I also had like 10 calories worth of salad but I didn’t count it.I had a coffee again.For dinner I had 2 medium/big pieces of grilled chicken and about a cup of two of cauliflower. I’m stuffed.
