Sometimes it's only 2 times one way or another, but for the most part in total I usually end up working out about 5 days a week. Now for my job, I am a waitress, and at times (Especially this summer) it does get kind of busy...busy enough for me to call it a mini workout I would say. But the bad thing about waitressing is sometimes I have to eat fast to get back to a customer. So I think I have started eating a little faster since starting my job two years ago. However, what I do eat is generally pretty healthy. My one problem though is even though it's healthy, I find myself snacking a lot! Fruits (Not dried, all fresh), fruit juices, nuts, pieces of toast with peanut butter or jam, other whole wheat options, hummus and broccoli...sometimes even an energy bar (But only if I'm really hungry). These are my snacks. And sometimes I won't have just one thing in between meals. I'll have two or three. At first I thought it was great to eat a lot to keep my metabolism up but now I wonder if I am snacking too much and I think, "Geez, why am I hungry so often?" So, any tips on eating less, and also on my workout? Perhaps I SHOULD add spot training exercises to my routine? Would it help me tone these areas I am talking about? I know I would strengthen the muscle of course, but would it really help me to LOSE the fat in these areas?EDIT: The only other thing is every Sat. night I sing in a band and we end up staying up late, so I think it has gotten me into the habit of having to eat something before I go to bed because by the time midnight hits, my stomach is growling for more of course, so sometimes on the way home from practice at about 1 I'll be eating a Luna bar for example. And now at other nights in the week sometimes I find myself staying up til' about 10 or 11 and I'll find myself eating a little bit more than I normally would if it were an early night. A: 1. Eat when you're hungry.2. Stop when you're full.If you're really eating as much as you say, it's possible you may be comfort eating. Ask yourself before each meal/snack, "Am I hungry?" Do you feel that slight burning/tingling sensation in the bottom of your stomach? If not, you could be driven to eat by stress in your life.And if you really ARE hungry that often, go ahead and eat... it just means you have a fast metabolism and thus can eat more than others and still lose the same amount of weight.Good luck. :)

The Italians insist broccoli as a "cure-all" for everything, with high profile politicians including Premier Silvio Berlusconi saying it not only tastes better but can help you lose weight and improve your life generally. Also, the Italians point out, broccoli - despite having its roots in the same Brassicaceae family as cauliflower - is Italian and therefore of much greater culinary quality. But cauliflower lovers in Britain are fighting back, saying that just because the vegetable is not green, it does not mean it has any fewer health properties. The Brassica Growers Association says cauliflower has unique health properties that are every bite as good as those of broccoli. Chairman Phillip Effingham is determined to root out the cause of the vegetable's decline. "We want to start a revival of cauliflower. It's so sad to see its decline due to the success of broccoli," he said. "We want to restore the cauliflower to its rightful place on our dinner tables. We are forgetting the basics - its nutritional value, the fact that it's British... and its versatility. Mr Effingham points out that cauliflower can be grown throughout the year in the UK whereas broccoli has a much more limited season. A: That is a difficult one for me as I love both for different reasons....cauliflower for good old fashioned cauliflower cheese and broccoli because they are lickle twees and we loves them in our house.
