Q: Hello All, thank you for taking the time to read my question.I was recently diagnosed with moderate to severe dysplasia most likely because of HPV. I was reading that in order to help my immune system fight of the virus I need to have a better diet. However its so hard to eat all the recommended serving sizes of fruits and vegi’s. Is there a supplement anyone can recommend to help with this?Basically my question is what should I be eating and taking (supplements, vitamins, minerals) and doing (exercise, yoga?) to help my maintain a strong immune system and just for my general overall health.Currently I am taking Cranberry pills (for help with alot of UTI’s), 1500 mg of vitamin C and a prenatal vitamin. Thanks in advance for your answers.
