Q: I am almost 8 weeks pregnant. I have severe morning sickness all day long. I am extremely tired all the time and I like to have a nap when my 2 year old naps, When I wake up I feel worse I throw up almost right away. I throw up until I am throwing up bile. A: I’m 14weeks and my sicknessis almost gone but not quite the worst sickness I getis in the mornings the first 3 hours I need to watch out because I might throw up. Yes I think it affects itthat you sleep. Um when you wakeup don’t get up that fast rest therefor like 30mins if you have time becausewe tend to get dizzy and it makesit worse. good luck sorry
