If a woman gets pregnant, when does she start missing her periods?
Q: If she has a period (albeit shorter than usual) about 6 weeks after the possible conception date, does that definitely mean she’s not pregnant?
A: You can still have your period. I had a normal period up until I was 10 weeks.
NOT missing her period?
Q: Does it always mean that a woman is NOT pregnant if she has her period on schedule after weeks(pretty much a month) of when she had sex? My fiance and I had sex about a month ago unprotected but i pulled out waaaay before i even felt any kind of ejaculation. She was still worried that she would be pregnant from the pre-ejaculation. It’s been about or just over a month, and she started her period today right on schedule. I mean I’m no doctor, but that means she’s not pregnant right?? And if she were when would morning sickness start and how long does that usually last?
A: Well I would say since she did start her period she is not pregnant. If she were, she would have missed her period and about a few more weeks after that she might experience some symptoms. Not every woman has morning sickness, or any of the many symptoms some pregnant women get in the beginning. I know you may not believe this but I have to give you this advice….. I have worked in women’s counseling for over 10 years, I can tell you this, people who use the pull out method should get used to being called parents. It sounds like you dodged the bullet this time, but you may not always be as lucky. You will not feel pre-ejaculation, it seeps out usually as soon as you get an erection, it could take 5 minutes after an erection, it could take several, but every guy has some sort of pre-ejaculation. Every and anytime you have any type of sexual contact ( penis with vagina), no matter even if you do not put it in ( have the head at the opening) you can get someone pregnant. I suggest using some sort of birth control, pills, foam, sponges, etc.. if you do not want to use a condom, but please use something!
