Q: have had the Mirena birth-control for a year now but haven’t had a period for two months I am having all the symptoms of being pregnant I have taken two at home tests and one blood test and they all came back negative ..I am scared because I have heard that if you get pregnant while on Mirena that it can cause you to lose your baby or cause birth defects so what should I do???

A: well i have a friend that was on this till she turned up pg she was on it for 2 yrs and now she is 6 months prego i dont know about the birth defects and what not but you should research more there are so many things that could happen focus on the good and not the bad talk to your dr bc it happened to my best friend maybe youll get some things and information cleared out of your head
