It is safe to take Tylenol during pregnancy. You should only take 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed. You should not take aspirin or Advil unless instructed by your doctor.

A: Tylenol is the only drug that is ‘safe’ during pregnancy, but I don’t think that includes “PM”. What’s in Tylenol PM? Yes, you should ask a dr. Soon enough honey you’ll be feeling that pregnancy fatigue and you’ll have no trouble getting some sleep. In fact, you’ll be the opposite. Trying to stay awake and alive enough to function, lol :)Good luck and congrats. Stay off the PM until dr oks it. Regular Tylenol is fine.
