Is there a way to feel pregnant without actually being pregnant?
Q: This question is weird. I acknowledge that, but there are circumstances that I must explain. I have had 3 separate doctor’s opinion’s that have said that I am unable to bear children. It has been several years since I have found out and the pain of finding out is dulled, but I want to know: Is there a way to feel pregnant without actually being so? I just want to know what it feels like. I know, I know, every pregnant woman I know has thought I am crazy for wanting to be pregnant because it is a mostly miserable experience. I think they are just trying to make me feel better. Sure, I know that it can be a miserable experience. However, I also know that it can also be a wonderful experience. Anyway, I just want to know. I NEED to know if there is a way to simulate the experience of pregnancy, if only for a few hours, hopefully for days/weeks…/months? Maybe a water ballon or perhaps some kind of inflatable insertable? I dunno… Are there some kind of hormones you can take to simulate it? I plan on asking a doctor sometime in the near future, but I thought I would throw this question out there to see if someone, somewhere, had any thoughts on it. I kind of doubt it, but it doesn’t hurt to try. I just want to… NEED to know what it feels like to be pregnant or at least… some to feel something as close to the experience as possible.God, after reading this I realized how absolutely pathetic it sounds. That just makes me even sadder. I hope someone has some advice. Also, hubby and I have plans to adopt and I live a (fairly) happy life… considering. I just really, really wish I could experience an actual pregnancy. Also, I apologize if this goes in the wrong area to ask this question. Honestly, I have no idea where a question like this would even go.To Sika,I am in counseling, no I don’t take it personally, and yes, I know this is pretty screwed up. However, every single day. Every. Single. Day. I can’t help but long for the feeling of pregnancy. I KNOW it’s just instinctual. I KNOW that I should just accept it. I KNOW that I can adopt a child and love it just like my own. But. I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. It’s driving me crazy. Sometimes I just want to beat myself in the head and maybe forget that I even want to become pregnant. It’s very difficult to explain. I KNOW I have a serious problem, but I can’t stop thinking about it. I try to stop letting it bothering me. I really, REALLY, want it to stop bothering me, but the feelings keep coming back and I can’t stop it.

Is there any way you could find out your pregnant without the test…?
Q: cause alott of my friends or friends moms had told me that they havent found out they were pregnant till she was 6 months or that you can be on your period while your pregnant and stuff like that soo i was wondering if theres anyway without getting a test to find out that your pregnant or symtons of being prego cause i took like 4 tests and my boyfriend definitly did cum in me and i feel pregnant at times and yes i did puke a couple times and i run outa breathe alott more often and i cant really do alotta lets say bending over like picking up trash in your back yard had to do that today and i was hurtin! and all the tests said negative i know i had a sist before but my mom told me that it was disolveable and to pop an asprin or tylenol and it would go away…help me please! =]
A: no go to the dr. you would have no reason to be out of breath unless the baby was big enough it was pressing on your lungs and hopefully you would know if you were preggo by then. if you have had your period and all negative tests you arent pregnant and next time use protection you seem young,
Is there a guaranteed way to get pregnant without using fertility medications?
Q: My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past few months and it has been proven to be a little challenge. I delivered at 22wks last August and peole suggested that I wait a while. Its been 9 months and I want to get pregnant. I really don’t want to use fertility drugs because I might have multiple babies and I can’t handle that right now! We have thought about adoption, but… it is too difficult to get into right now. I really miss being pregnant and the thoughts of being a mommy. It hurts me to look at my nursery everyday… I am not trying to replace my son, that can never be done, I just feel that I am ready to have a baby and experience the most powerful feeling in the world. If anyone knows any “tricks” to getting pregnant, please share them with me.
A: All I can suggest is sex, and lots of it. Finding out when youre at your peak in fertility may help (using temping and checking your Cervical mucus – try a book on natrural fertility from your library to find out more) and if in doubt, have sex LOTS (we did the deed at least every 2nd day around the middle of each cycle)I am very fertile (very lucky) and have concieved all my children within 6 months. The average women can take up to 12 months to fall pregnant natrually. if you are still trying after 1 year then it would be a good idea to try a bit of help (they suggest women over 35 seek help after 6 months of trying)I hope you have another baby soon!
