I know it is not very likely given the conditions I was under but is it possible at all for a girl to become pregnant if she has had sex the night before she got her period? A: Yes – she can. No ovulation cycle is the same, some women ovulate a few days after their period, some a week after, some a week before and some even DURING their period. You can never know for sure.If you are worried, then get her to buy a test in about 3 weeks. Q: Ok, girlfriend and I had sex on July 15, she took the pill July 16 at 7:13pm and on July 17 at 7:13am. She had her previous period July 4.
