- A: Not everyone gets morning sickness, only about 60% of women do. Also sometimes morning sickness just consists of nausea and nothing more, ie no throwing up. It can kick in anywhere from 4-9 weeks normally but can actually (not as common) hit at any time during pregnancy. Only time will tell how it is for you. Everyone (and every pregnancy) is different.Cramping in early pregnancy is totally normal and very common. You only need to worry if you start to bleed or the cramps become severe.
