No. Probably a miscarrage. Unless you have a bad wound in your vagina, then the blood will be coming from inside the uterus. See doctor/midwife

Vaginal bleeding while pregnant?
Q: Hi, I’m 22 years old and have a 10 month old son.My last REAL period was on October 22nd and my husband and I have been trying for another baby. I was 100% certain I was pregnant again. I remember the symptoms, but here is the kicker.I started having light spotting 2 weeks past my missed period and thought it may have been cervical erosion. (The spotting would start when we’d have sex.) That spotting went on for a few days and then went away. The spotting then started again a week later and that went for a week and then it stopped again and then started bleeding a few days later and it was light bleeding (which is not normal for me if I’m getting my period.) I’d wipe and the blood was watered down. Then the bleeding stopped for a couple of weeks and then my husband and I had sex again and then I immediately started bleeding again and it still hasn’t stopped. I’m having heavy bleeding with small little clots with NO cramps only a bloated feeling which makes me nervous. I normally have severe cramps with heavy bleeding to the point where I cannot walk it hurts so bad. So, this is definitely not normal for me. My basal body temperature is still high and hasn’t come down. It’s been going between 97.6-98.3 and my normal temperature while bleeding is between 95.6-96.2. So, this is another reason why I think I may be pregnant. My temperature stayed high with my son. Here is the kicker. I can take any pregnancy test and it will come back negative. Took me till I was 10 weeks to get a positive with my son. I think I’m running into the same problem and we don’t have insurance at the moment. So, until I know for sure I don’t want to see a doctor. Does this sound like subchorionic bleeding to you? Anybody that’s been through this that can help me? PLEASE!
A: I don’t know were you live but in most places you can go to the health clinic and they will treat you for free at least so you can find out if you are pregnant. Know everyone ones body is different so if you think you are pregnant you should go get checked out because if you are spotting it could be some complications with baby and if you have clots you possibly could have had miscarriage and need d&c. Or you cycle could be irregular. After my first son my cramps were not nearly as bad and my period became shorter. best advice see a doctor.
Can you be pregnant and still bleed as if you were on your period and be experiencing cramping also?
Q: My period was one week late which has never happened I’ve always had regular cycles and I was starting to believe i was pregnant.I have been more tired an less energy, real lazy.i had backaches that would come and go and light cramps that would come and go.Yesterday morning 39 days since my LMP i started experiencing cramping which in fact did not go away but stayed all day later that afternoon noticed very light spotting which disappeared then I had sex and an hour or two after that I noticed heavier spotting.Woke up the next morning still cramping and bleeding heavier like I had just gotten my period but when i looked i didnt c any clots or anything. I read online how you can’t have a period while pregnant but what it is vaginal bleeding.I really wanted to be pregnant so i am very disappointed right now.I just need to know has this ever happened to anyone?? Is there still a chance I can be pregnant?? Will my doc b able to examine me while im bleeding or will i hav to reschedule?
A: I dont think you are pregnant just yet. Women can have spotting and some bleeding during pregnancy bit usually when it is accompanied by cramps that would indicate your period..If you think u are pregnant that would make u be late, trust me this has happened to a lot of people I know including myself at one point. Sometimes having sex can bring on a period that is late or delayed. But honestly this sounds like a period to me…Keep trying, it took me first tries with 3 of my pregnancies but with this one I tried for 6 months and Now i am 6 weeks. Good Luck!
Withdrawal bleed from the pill while pregnant?
Q: I have read that women on the pill can still get their withdrawal bleed even if they are pregnant. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, did it appear to be a normal period or was it different in colour, length, heaviness? How did you find out you were pregnant? Did you still get normal pregnancy symptoms? And how far along where you when you found out?If this is possible does that mean that getting your period is no sure sign that you are not pregnant? And if the blood is old and not very heavy is that a sign of pregnancy?
A: Well when you are on the pill, you don’t really get your “period” as it is just a withdrawal bleed, so if you do get pregnant on the pill, you will still have a withdrawal bleed but it may come a little later and look a little different in color and would probably be a little lighter, or just spotting.Even while on the pill you still get normal pregnancy symptoms – however some pregnancy symptoms can seem the same as contraceptive side effects such as nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness fatigue, etc. Thus, it can be difficult to tell for sure unless you go to the doctor and take a pregnancy test. However a light bleeding containing old blood does sound like a potential sign of pregnancy. You better best go and get a test and make an appointment with a doctor. Also, women have an amazing sense when they are pregnant, they just feel different and if you have that feeling with a light bleeding of old blood, chances are likely you may be pregnant. So yes, go get a test pronto.Best of luck to you =D
