- A: dont forget paracetamol under headache/fever..or pain relief – if u have backache you can also use Heat Pads (the ones that go over your clothes or use a hot water bottle) in uk we dont have tylenol or acetaminophenand under heartburn/indigestion – Gaviscon or Milk of MagnesiaAvoid: Disprin, Co-codamol and any other pain relief all bar paracetamol, Also avoid Ibuleve Gel, any Muscle Rubs like Deep Heat or Deep Freeze and also Voltarol Emulgel.
