There are various ways to find chickenpox parties, including Yahoo groups. Even if she doesn’t have an obvious case, be sure to get her blood tested for immunity before vaccinating her. Many people become immune to chickenpox without even knowing they had it.The package insert also says studies have shown immunity lasts “up to ten years after vaccination.” That will only take her to age 22. Perhaps you could consider waiting a bit longer for the vaccine.
