How to lose 20-30 pounds in a month?
Q: I’ve got a weight loss goal of 45 pounds in 11 weeks which is somewhere around 4 pounds a week. I’ve dieted before and lost over 7 pounds a week, but this time around i want to do it a little slower. Im actually starting my diet today and have a good excersize plan. I’d just like to know what are things i shouldn’t eat, and maybe even a list of what i should eat throught the day. thanks in advance 😀
A: haha, are you kidding? stop eating, period. that’s the only way to lose 20-30 pounds in a MONTH! that’s a pound a DAY almost! it’s not even remotely healthy.but i’ll answer your question, nonetheless:write everything you eat and drink, including gum, down. do a calorie count daily.if you really want to lose that much, you can only eat about 1000 calories a day MAX. drink water, broth, and diet soda to fill up. because you are going to be hungry a lot. eat lots and lots of veggies, they are low calorie. salads with low-fat dressing. do lots of exersize. you could go with the old 200-400-600-1000 pretty-much-an-eating-disorder routine. which means 200 calories one day, 400 the next, 600, then 1000. and back to 200. it keeps your metabolism strong–because when you starve yourself, your metabolism realllllllllllllly slows down.if you are really overweight, be aware that losing weight that fast will leave you with a lot of excess skin. it’s not pretty. google it. it’s much better to lose slowly and usually people who lose slowly keep the weight off longer.
