Q: I bought a box of slim shots 2 days ago and started taking it Saturday. It says to give it a couple of days for it to work. I’m on day 2 and I still feel hungry. A: Don’t waste your money. They only way to REALLY lose weight is with self-control. Don’t go on another diet…think of it as a NEW LIFESTYLE. The good old way has worked for years…eating a healthy balance diet and exercising. Drink plenty of water…try to reach a gallon a day. That’s what i used to do. Cut yout meals to half portions of what you use to eat. Also, go sugar free on everything! =) Stop eating fast food for good and join a support group, so they can keep youn on track! You can do it!
